All’s quiet on the southern front as the bank holiday draws to a close and the enslaved amongst us return to our day jobs. The collective sigh of many a chained mind reaches across the grey land. Seriously though - what is it with this rainy weather? After sucking us in to the joys of summer with what we had last week, now this? I’m not liking it one bit. Especially the fact I have to bike 3 miles into the wind just to get to work in the morning.
Anyway, a few little titbits to brighten up your day. First up are the free mixtape downloads at Clinton Sparks’ site including the very dope Clipse mixtape: We Got It 4 Cheap Volume 2 as recommended by the Delarge lads and the man like Big David.
Also, another site you need to be checking out is Crooklyns Classics as the guy that runs that blog keeps dropping some hot links, including 101 tracks for the summer with which you need to be clogging up your MP3 player or thumping in your Astra as you roll down Madeira Drive this summer…
